    Join us on Thursday November 7th at 6:30pm as we welcome back Andreas Zinelis of Cava Spiliadis to talk about wines from Greek and Cypriot islands. This 4 course dinner with wine pairings is $85 per person (tax and gratuity are not included) Reservations are required- call the restaurant to book your table- 207-406-2847

    Menu and pairings for the dinner:

    1st- Savoro- fried red mullet cured in vinegar, garlic and rosemary- paired with Vouni Panayia Promara

    2nd- Koubeba Syriani- beef meatballs with nuts and prunes- paired with Petrakopoulos Mavro

    3rd- Kreas me Sika- beef and fig stew with trahana- paired with Venetsanos Mandilaria

    Dessert- Kydonia- baked quince with nuts and ice cream- paired with Petrakopoulos Meletino
