Join us on Thursday January 22nd at 6:30pm as we welcome Notch Brewing to the Taverna. The dinner will be 4 courses with pairings for $85 per person. Reservations are required. 207-406-2847 The menu is as follows.
1st- Seafood Sausage- octopus and salmon mousse sausage with preserved lemon relish- paired with Notch Pils
2nd- Potato and leek soup with halloumi croutons- paired with Notch Kolsch
3rd- Rabbit Stroganoff- braised rabbit with onions, greek yogurt and cheese manti- paired with Notch Left of the Dial IPA
Dessert- vanilla custard filled cookies topped with chocolate ganache- paired with Notch Black Lager

Join us on Thursday February 5th at 6:30pm as we welcome Jess Small of Easterly Wines for the first time to the Taverna. The cost for the dinner is $85 pp. Reservations are required. Call us at 207-406-2847. The menu is as follows:
1st- grilled bread topped with applewood smoked pork tenderloin with Greek yogurt, poached pear and walnuts- paired with Rouvalis Roditis
2nd- Peskandritsa- monkfish en papillote with kumquats, leeks and fennel- paired with Charalaboglou Vidiano
3rd- Arni- braised lamb belly with dates and prunes- with Greek makaronia pasta- paired with Rouvalis Tsigello
Dessert- Tyri- Greek cheese plate with spiced nuts and spoon sweets- paired with Charalaboglou Malagousia
